Sophie Elson Boyce studied BA Graphic Design & Illustration at Central Saint Martins and went on to complete an MA in Fine Art Printmaking at UAL Camberwell College, London.

Alongside working as an artist Sophie has worked as an art technician, designer and gallery manager for London galleries. Sophie has taught as a freelance lecturer at Central Saint Martins and run art workshops at Kew Studio, Richmond and Riverhouse Arts Centre, Walton-on-Thames. Sophie has also run ‘Art Attack’ children’s workshops for Surrey County Council alongside sensory workshops for young people with disabilities. Sophie currently co-runs weekly community art workshops with the R.C. Sherriff Trust at City Wharf in Thames Ditton.

Recent exhibitions include the Affordable Art Fair, Battersea, Riverhouse Arts Centre, Vera Fletcher Hall and Elmbridge Moving Arts. Sophie has work in many private and public collections including: Tate Library, London; Yale Centre for British Art, USA; University College Library, London; Liberties of London and University of the Arts, London.
